Dr. D.N. Parajuli is a law (B.L.) graduate of Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University. He has completed double Masters; the first is LL.M. in 1998, which was the first batch of LL.M. of Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuwan University. He completed his second Masters in International Law and Human Rights from UN Mandate University for Peace, San Jose. Further, he obtained his Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) from Tribhuwan University (Faculty of Law) on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Award in Nepal. Professionally, he has been working as an advocate and has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in regards to the legal affairs of the country. In addition, he is also the Associate Professor of Law in Tribhuwan University faculty of Law where he has gathered ample experience in teaching profession as well as legal research since 1998. Currently, he is also serving as the Campus Chief of Nepal Law Campus Kathmandu, a leading institution in imparting legal education in Nepal since 1954. His expertise in the legal field has enabled him to write various books concerning Mercantile Law, Business Law, International Institution and human rights, Company Law and Corporation Law, Election Law, and he has also published various articles in National and International journals on the subject of law, justice and human rights.
